About Us

We are a small, women owned business, in the Northeast region of the United States. Just about three years ago, I found myself going through a transformational period after dealing with a very unexpected health scare. I'm very grateful that I came through that health scare successfully, but knew that I had to make the necessary lifestyle changes to improve my overall physical and mental wellbeing. I soon realized that I had to change everything about my life, from the inside out. I started to exercise religiously, eating clean organic food, partaking in daily meditation and crystal healing rituals, as well as journaling every chance I had. I even started to take spiritual cleansing baths and praying more. As I made these lifestyle changes and started to learn about 'Living in the Now" and learning to let go of those things that no longer served my higher good, I began to see things much clearer and soon after, gained balance and peace in my life. I developed The Awakened Soul 1111 with the purpose of passing on my past experiences, while offering some of the same tools and products that helped me along my journey in hopes this would help anyone that might find them beneficial in raising their consciousness to a better life!
